Acting on behalf of Chichester Workspace Ltd, Medhursts have assisted in the acquisition of a new 20 year lease on this prominent office building. Situated in the heart of Chichester’s business district, Chichester Workspace are turning the building into a serviced office where individual rooms can be leased on simple all-inclusive rents and easy-in easy-out terms.

The 4,470 sqft building is undergoing a thorough refurbishment and will offer a communal meeting room, kitchens and toilets with 24 hr access. There will be some on-site car parking and other puiblic and season ticket parking very close by.

The all-inclusive rent will include all heating, lighting and small power, building insurance, business rates, upkeep and cleaning of the common parts, cable infrastructure with plug-in and play broadband and telephone networks (the only item charged seperately).
