Meeting Room
We currently rent out one of the ground floor offices at St. John's House on an ad hoc basis as a meeting room, which can be booked via Google Calendars or e-mail form/phone (for more frequent usage, a member of staff would be happy to organise calendar access). This is charged at cost of £15/hour + VAT (or a discounted £100/day + VAT) to external companies and individuals but otherwise free for serviced office and in some cases, virtual tenants (depending on chosen package).
Alternative options may be open in case of non-availability of the primary meeting room, so be sure to contact us should you require usage of a meeting room in central Chichester.
perfect for small meetings
Our meeting room accommodates five to six people and comes equipped with a conference phone and screen, with WIFI access making it a cost effective means for smaller and/or remote meetings or as a "hot desk" for individuals.
kitchen facilities
The ground floor meeting room at St. John's House is perfectly positioned for use of the kitchen with tea and coffee making facilities and use of the hot and cold water dispenser.
ad hoc booking
The meeting room is booked on an ad hoc basis with Google Calendars. Access to the calendar can be arranged for frequent usage, otherwise reception would be happy to do this for you via phone or e-mail/form.
